I'm thinking about moving to Huntington Beach, but I would like to know some details about it since I live in Arizona and have never lived in a beach haha. I found an apartment in Pacific Coast Highway that I like and can afford, but I wonder how the city is in their views. Everything you should know about please say so. Also, since I live right on the beach basically how can I be safe from any emergency water damage to my apartment or even me, what advice would you give? Sounds stupid, but I come here full of desert. Thank you. I think I found an answer. I live in Westminster, a city again. Huntington Beach I frequently at least 2 times a week. This is a stunning beach, so beautiful and the people are pretty chill. The area is great. Anywhere right on PCH is really expensive. But if you find a place you can afford, awesome and would definitely go for it. Only one apartment complex I can think of that actually touches the sand. Most homes are separated by PCH from real sand beach. Around Main Street in Huntington there are plenty of nice houses, not sure if they would be interested in that. But there are enough people out there. Main St is off the dock, and open all night bars and clubs. Which is an awesome thing to try if you go to that scene. As fun. And it should be a natural disaster that has extreme harm ocean water. Oh, and you probably need to get a beach cruiser if you move here lol. Anyway, I'm a SoCal native, born and raised. I'll never leave. If you move here, I'm sure you will not want to make it

Hi Sky, I was there for a few hours in January (was in California for 10 days and I miss a lot of beach). You will not believe how beautiful H. B. Is. Do not worry about water damage, not gonna happen-ask Allstate. Have fun in California – is a good place. Go to vpike. Com and go in any direction and you'll be there on the Internet – you can browse any neighborhood with the cursor and see exactly what it seems. Venice Beach is amazing, but I do not hang out there at night. Using Tripadvisor for information about various places and things to do. Get used to the freeways slowly. . . GPS is very useful.
The friends have a weekend condo on PCH in HB, and as all the apartments I've noticed, are quite far from water damage, not like on the beach in Malibu. Prices are reasonable considering the location, but I think HB be too vanilla for my taste. So save your money and when you graduate high school and college and earn about $ 100,000 and saved about $ 35,000 you can buy a nice bedroom on PCH for about $ 350,000. No condos are cheaper, but they tend to need a lot of renovation and are often very small.
